Rhonda Kline is a Principal Consultant (PC) serving as support to Sparrow Solutions Group's (SSG) customers on an individual basis as well as organizationally. Included in her area of service as PC Rhonda handles scheduling participants, coordinating combined course selections, and logistics as needed.
With 27 years of human resource and organizational development consulting experience, specializing in leadership assessment and coaching, Rhonda’s career trajectory includes management in retail, recruiting, training and assessments through Alston-Kline, Inc., World Vision, Inc., and hundreds of other clients. She holds a Master’s in Counseling and a research Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Organizational Development.
Steven Morris is a Consultant serving as support to Sparrow Solutions Group's (SSG) Partners. Included in his area of service as PC, Steven participates in various projects as requested by SSG team members and lends his business expertise as needed. With 38 years in healthcare beginning as a paramedic, then managing national and corporate accounts for Baxter Healthcare, Cardinal Health and Samsung, Steven has served on the Advisory Board for the Association of National Account Executives and the Advisory Committee for Federation of American Hospitals. Steven enjoys golf and tennis after having attended Pepperdine University on an athletic scholarship.
Starting as a Board Member 19 years ago, today Cynthia is an Executive Director whose expertise is in the areas of finance and business development. She also loves to facilitate trainings and public speaking.
She has led two Centers through the transition from PRC to PMC and now adding Mobile Services.
Cynthia lives in Wilmington, NC with her husband Jim.
Consultant, JD, MA
Beverly has been the CEO at Dove Medical for 6 years. As an attorney, she brings expertise related to risk management and extensive training in board governance. As an experienced CEO, she is positioned to understand and analyze the daily needs of the PMC. She holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Communication as well as her JD degree.
A practicing RN for 28 years, with a certification in Inpatient Obstetrics, Cherie served for 10 years on the house-wide policy and procedure committee of a large hospital, writing evidence-based policies and procedures. Having served in three PMCs in Oregon, Nevada and Washington, Cherie currently serves as Clinical Manager, while continuing to work part-time as a labor and delivery RN.
Michael is the president of Non-Profit Advantage, specializing in fundraising, communications, and strategy. He's held senior management roles with World Vision, World Concern, World Relief, and the Museum of Flight in Seattle. Michael helps boards and CEO’s create and execute individualized annual fund programs and campaigns fitted to each organization’s resources and expertise.
Over her career in pregnancy center ministry, Robin led three pregnancy centers spanning more than 23 years. Having experienced two unplanned pregnancies, she understands with compassion those we serve. With a degree in Social Work, Robin’s also a Life Coach. Her drive for excellence compels her gifts of encouragement, speaking, teaching, fundraising and team building. Robin doesn’t know a “stranger” – it’s just someone she hasn’t met yet.

Writer, editor, pastor's wife, mom, worship leader. Kim Griggs thrives on new challenges and adventures. Never content to just sit around and do the same thing, Kim is always up for the next encounter. She works as a free-lance development editor for a national publishing company and is currently writing two novels. Working with the Sparrow Team feels like coming home, as she worked many years with Connie Ambrecht under Sonography Now. She's delighted to be a part of equipping Pregnancy Medical Clinics to serve their communities with excellence. When she's not writing or editing, she can be found devouring books at alarming rates, hanging out with her husband and two sons, and hosting friends for an evening of fun.
Consultant, BS, HSA, RN
Cassaundra has served as Nurse Manager for two pregnancy medical clinics and was heavily involved in their medical conversion process. She has assisted SSG with the development of Care Plans, Care PATHs and policy and procedures based on AAAHC guidelines. Cassaundra currently works as a project manager/consultant for the corporate office of the largest non-profit, faith-based organization in the nation.
During the time Danielle served as ED of a local PMC, the center transitioned from a hidden treasure to a visible difference maker in the community.
With a BFA in Theatre/NonProfit Management and a MA in Professional Development, Danielle continues to volunteer at the PMC in addition to her work as a college professor in Communications/Public Speaking.
Angie’s been a sonographer for four years in outpatient, inpatient and emergency care settings. She lives in San Diego but lived most of her life in Seattle. Her love to teach and expand her skills has brought her to Sparrow Solutions. Having experience in teaching sonography in developing countries, she is excited to be part of what God is doing nationally.
Consultant, RN, RDMS
With a BSN through Grand Canyon University, 30 years as an RN, and 6 as an RDMS, Michelle has been Nurse Manager for CPC of Greater Phoenix for 10 years. She’s been involved in several overseas mission trips, equipping medical staff in their ultrasound skills. She and her husband Dave live in Gilbert, AZ, and enjoy her children and two grandsons.
After completing 4 years in the U.S. Army, John graduated from the University of Illinois and began his technology career in both the public and private sector, focusing on Data Security, HIPAA, and Controls Assurance. Volunteer work is his life: he’s volunteered with the VA, Knights of Columbus, Catholic Foundation, and pregnancy care centers in his community and his state.
Ginnie is one team member who is a jack of all trades. She seems to be able to do anything and everything! She helps where needed and although she has switched
her roles with us, she is committed to doing all she can to serve.
Years of administrative work in a church, various ministries and the non-profit education sector has provided Ginnie with excellent skills to support and organize our Executive team. Routing general inquiries, phone calls, emails and letters to the appropriate team member, Ginnie excels in connecting partners together and keeps the operations of our home office running smoothly. We also appreciate the devotions she's led for trainings held in Vegas.
