Therefore we have established our pricing at or below industry standards. In order to make educational training more affordable, we have established packages so that the more training contracted, the greater the discount received. We also have individual and organizational scholarships available.

Q. What is the basis for determining scholarships?
A. Consideration is given to individuals and organizations who complete the scholarship application in its entirety. Priority consideration is given to those who demonstrate a commitment to their own investment in their educational growth. Sparrow’s desire is to ease that financial burden.
Q. What is meant by “Preliminary Scholarship Application”?
A. The “Preliminary Scholarship Application” gets the ball rolling and lets us know you’re interested in a course (or courses) and in receiving financial assistance to ease the burden. Once you have met the requirements of the initial application process, Sparrow is able to provide assistance if needed with Part II, which is the final portion of the application.
Q. Who makes the decisions about who receives the scholarships?
A. Two Sparrow in-house team members and at least one consultant, presumably the consultant(s) who will be teaching the course(s) or delivering the service(s) for which the scholarship is requested.
Q. What is a typical scholarship amount?
A. The scholarship amount may vary depending on whether the course or service is provided via webinar, on-site, or at Sparrow headquarters. Other factors may also come into play. All things considered, the amount typically averages 5-10%.
Q. Where does Sparrow get its Scholarship funds?
A. The Sparrow Solutions Group Scholarship fund is made possible by businesses, organizations, and individuals, including those within our own team. Additionally, materials participants purchase for courses through our Sparrow Solutions Group Amazon store generates revenue that goes directly to this fund.
